I contacted Adrian Welch Glass and Glazing after our dog shattered a pane of glass in our bifold doors (high speed acceleration combined with an unfortunately placed piece of gravel!).Someone came out to measure up the day I contacted and the pane was ordered the same day and then delivered and fitted within a week. All staff I spoke to were incredibly helpful and friendly and the price was so much lower than I expected that I actually phoned to check it was the correct quote for the glass and the fitting (which it was).Really highly recommend, and while I hope the dog doesn't manage a repeat performance I will definitely be a return customer if she does!

Excellent service from this company. This was my second time using Adrian Welch. The first time was for some custom shaped/size glass panels for an external Victorian style lamppost - these were made while I waited at the shop. This time these guys replaced the window in my backdoor which had been broken into. They came out same day (Monday) to measure and promised to try and get the unit by the end of the week. They certainly kept that promise, arriving today to fit. Marc was lovely, friendly, professional. Even better that these guys were 57% cheaper than any other glass companies I contacted!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Put us at ease from the first call. Quick attendance to measure up and ordered our replacement glass after giving us advice and guidance in choosing Quick turn around on manufacture and fitted without any problems. Really top class guys would highly recommend.
